PhD (2019) and Master (2014) in Law from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS, Brazil) under CAPES scholarship during the Master’s studies. Bachelor of Law (2012) from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (Brazil) and visiting student at NOVA School of Law (2010/2011). Her PhD dissertation has nominated for CAPES’ dissertations award (2020). Professor of International Law and Constitutional Law at Ritter dos Reis University (UniRitter, Brazil). Researcher in the Law area, with emphasis on human rights, territory, right to the city, housing rights and decolonial thinking.
