Diogo Simões is a student at NOVA School of Law, and Researcher at the NOVA Green Lab.
He held the position of Legal Expert at Louis Vuitton Japan, and European Union Careers Ambassador for NOVA School of Law.
Diogo has gained valuable experience having interned at Linklaters London (Capital Markets) and Lisbon (Corporate and M&A), VdA (Banking & Finance), Novo Banco (Legal), and CMS Portugal (Labour & Pensions).
He holds a Post-graduate degree in Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance Law from the University of Coimbra, and an MBA Essentials specialization course from Harvard Business School.
Diogo has also been awarded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan as the winner of the “Portugal’s Japanese Language Competition.” He is a self-taught student of Japanese for six years and presented on “Diplomatic instruments in service of Portugal-Japan relations contributing to United Nations SDG Nº 4 (Quality Education)”.
