Alessandra Porcari

Previously, she graduated cum laude from Trento University in July 2021. Then, she moved to Brussels where she worked as a trainee in an international law firm that regularly assists the European Commission and the European Parliament in drafting reports and analysis.  Coherently with the Italian Recovery and Resilience National Plan, her PhD research project is about legal pathways of decarbonisation, with a focus on the regulation of the hydrogen supply chain. As part of her PhD program, she collaborates with Dolomiti Energia Group, providing legal assistance on the most relevant topics related to the green energy transition.

Before joining the NOVA Green Lab at the NOVA School of Law in Lisbon, she carried out another visiting research period at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg.

On April 17th, Alessandra, alongside Professor Lucila de Almeida, will feature as a speaker on the SPEED Lunch Seminar on “Technology Neutrality Applied to Green Transition” on April 17, 2024, from 12:30 to 14:00. The event will take hybrid form, you can join via Zoom!
